Who We Are
Peak & Grow Ltd. was founded in 2019 with a clear purpose: to make world-class ISO management systems accessible, practical, and genuinely impactful for organisations across East Africa. We saw a gap — too many consultancies delivered thick binders of documentation and then disappeared. We chose a different path.
From our base in Nairobi, we have grown to serve organisations across Kenya and the wider East Africa region — spanning manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, construction, IT, hospitality, and more. We bring international standards expertise combined with deep local regulatory knowledge, including NEMA compliance, OHS Act requirements, KEBS certification, and GLOBALG.A.P. for agribusiness exporters.
Today, Peak & Grow is proud to have delivered over 50 ISO projects, trained hundreds of internal auditors, and maintained a 95%+ first-time certification success rate — building management systems that organisations are proud to call their own.
